Following the death of it's founder George Jacob Desmalter the company "Jacob Desmalter" became the principal supplier to the imperial palace, employing hundreds of craftsmen. This reproduction model has a rectangular back-rest and cushion with "whiplash" armrests and turned arrow feet.
